Lea Stokes created Preferred Management Services, Inc. in June of 1995 after an eight year tenure with ITT Community Development Corporation. Preferred Management Services is a full service management firm specializing in community association and commercial management. The current management portfolio consists of over 3000 residential units and sixteen commercial parks.

Lea is the president of the company and has been in the community association management field for more than twenty years. Lea is a licensed Community Association Manager, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Property Manager candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
