Legislative Update

Lea Stokes of Preferred Management Services and Edward Ronsman, Esq. of Jackson Law Group, LLM, PA presented valuable legal information recently at the 6th Annual Legislative Update. Every year on July 1st all changes and revisions to the laws governing Florida Condominium and Homeowners Association legislation go into effect. Preferred Management Services has hosted this event for several years to educate both individual homeowners and Boards of Directors on these changes. Clarification of the laws were defined and explained by Ronsman while Stokes helped attendees understand the practical application of the law as it affects various types of associations.

The update was well attended and several guests of the event expressed their appreciation of the information presented. Copies of the Legislative Update materials are available by request via preferredmanagementservices.net, click the Contact Us tab.
